Andrew Worlock, Head of Internal Communications

Andrew has been recently appointed to head up the UK offering of Insidedge, our internal communications practice and is based in London with a remit to build and develop the Insidedge offering to both existing Weber Shandwick clients and new ones alike.

With a background in performance improvement and brand engagement, Andrew brings a consultative approach to blue chip organisations who are faced with the eternal dilemma of how to maximise resource and budget to achieve the corporate goals internally within a Pan-European arena.

Having worked primarily in the telecommunications, automotive and IT sectors within central Europe at board level, he has an in-depth knowledge of how to engage and communicate with employees while retaining the ability to transcend cultural and language barriers and find localised talent who can both see through and expand on the strategic vision and values of organisations.

In his time with Maritz and Omnicom Andrew has worked with Panasonic, NEC, Volkswagen, Toyota and O2 defining European strategy for engagement and change with programmes to employee, stakeholders and channel partners. More recently he has been a working with Intel, Sony, and Nissan on experiential brand engagement for both employee and consumer markets, bringing together multi disciplined elements of the communications mix.

Having come from within research and data with TNS, Andrew has worked across a number of below the line disciplines that drive both employee and consumer behaviours, his strengths lie in strategic planning and consumer insight with a highly creative twist.
