Keith Burton, President, Insidedge

For almost two decades, Keith Burton has been one of the leading industry practitioners in employee communications and change management.  As President of Insidedge, Keith leads a global group of counsellors within The Interpublic Group who are focused exclusively on improving organisational performance by building employee trust, improving internal communications and affecting overall change at many of the world’s leading corporations.
 
During his 30-year professional career, Keith has served clients including NASA, Boston Scientific, American Airlines, Visa International, FedEx and IBM Corp. Keith is internationally recognised as an expert in employee communications, crisis communications, re-engineering, change management, labour relations, corporate restructuring and litigation support.

Early in his career, he was an award-winning business journalist covering the activities of major corporations in the Southwestern United States for Capital Cities Communications, Inc. He also served as a Dallas correspondent to Time and was associate editor of Texas Business magazine.

Keith has been recognized as Inside PR magazine’s Employee Communications All-Star and has won countless awards recognizing his work on behalf of clients and the communications industry.  In 2007, Keith was recognized as the Professional of the Year by the Chicago chapter of the Public Relations Society of America (PRSA).

Victoria Entwistle, Associate Director, Insidedge

Victoria has been with Interpublic Group for 10 years working with corporate communication agencies in London and Singapore. She joined the Insidedge team in 2005, where she was based at its Chicago headquarters, before moving to lead the London division in 2007. She has immense international communications experience, most recently working in East Africa and the Middle East, where she has managed change communication programmes for telecommunications provider Zain (winner of the CiB Change /Merger 2009 award) and is working on the internal launch of a new vision and values for a regional bank. 

Victoria has conducted a number of qualitative research studies on behalf of clients to assess their internal communication effectiveness including: John Lewis Partnership and Waitrose, Schneider Electric and Orange UK.  A subsequent engagement with Orange UK, to revitalise its printed internal communication channel, scooped two awards at the recent CiB Awards and the coveted “Best Publication Overall” Award.

Victoria currently manages the pan European employee engagement programme for Dow Chemical focused on 23 markets (PR Week winner:  internal communications campaign). 

Victoria is a member of Communicators in Business and the Association of Qualitative Research.
