Gina Ramson-Williams
Group Talent Director, Europe

Gina is the Group Talent Director, Europe and is responsible for talent and human resources approaches that support career growth for Weber Shandwick’s people while being closely aligned to the business.
 
Gina has more than 20 years experience in Human Resources gained in both the private and public sector.  She has spent over half that time working within large marketing communications groups such as Clear Channel Communications, WPP’s MindShare and now the Interpublic Group.  Gina has a post graduate Diploma in Personnel Management gained at Thames Valley University and a Masters Degree in Human Resource Management gained from Kingston Business School.  She is trained in psychometric assessment using the Saville and Holdsworth Occupational Personality Questionnaires and Aptitude and Ability Tests as well as the Myers Briggs Type Indicator. Gina is a member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development, the British Psychological Society, the Institute of Directors and an Alumni of Kingston Business School and Law School.

Gina’s role involves designing and implementing talent strategies and plans to help the agency attract, recruit, retain and develop the best and brightest people around.  She was also instrumental in helping the agency secure the nationally recognised Investors in People Award in 2008.
